Work Status acceptable: / s (must be our w2 employee)Number and type of interviews: 2 video rounds and an Assessment test Description:The Recruiting Technician provides service and support to Talent Acquisition, hiring managers, as well as internal and external job applicants. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that Client continues to attract and retain a diverse and flexible workforce. Job Responsibilities• Support recruiter in the management of the candidate pipeline, screening candidates, scheduling interviews and assessments, collecting required compliance documentation and managing the post-offer onboarding process• Support recruiters and analysts with hiring events and other external activities• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team for new employee orientation and Day 1 check-ins• Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures Additional Information• Exceptional customer service attitude• Knowledge of SuccessFactors• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies Education• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required• 2+ years professional work experience
