Duties
Administer comprehensive detoxification services.
Facilitate patient connections with community-based support programs.
Develop individualized care plans and conduct thorough risk assessments.
Contribute to the maintenance of a secure environment for both staff and patients.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient treatments and progress.
