Will be working 100% remote and must live within 60 miles of Tempe, AZ!A large Mortgage company is hiring fully remote Outbound Customer Service Reps to join the team!Responsibilities:
The Rep, Customer Service I handles customer service inquiries and problems.
Making outbound calls through our dialer on specific based mortgage campaigns (Ex: Security Home Systems, Insurance, Home Warranties, etc) - upwards of 50-100+ calls daily
Receiving inbound customer calls. Identify what are the customer’s needs and then route them to the appropriate department.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED is required
Must be available to work any 8 hour shift between the hours of Mon-Fri 8am to 11pm EST, will be assigned a shift and potentially might have to work occasional half days on Saturdays down the line
1-2+ years of outbound customer service or call center experience required
Outbound dialing experience is highly preferred
Mortgage, Banking, Financial industry experience is a plus
Telemarketing, Timeshare, Cold calling phone sales is a plus
Able to handle a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
