About the role

We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Repossession Agent to join our Tucson team. You’ll recover vehicles safely, meet banking client compliance standards, and document all activity professionally. This position is nights-only with consistent weekly scheduling.

Core requirements

Experience with repossession tools: DRN, RDN, Recovery Connect (Clearplan not required).

Background & compliance: Must pass a comprehensive background check; no DUI history; no criminal record; must meet banking client standards.

Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Certification: Able to pass the CARS (Certified Asset Recovery Specialist) exam.

Regulatory knowledge: FDCPA, GLBA, Red Flag Rules; apply these in daily operations.

Mindset: Motivated, coachable, dependable; strong work ethic.

Operational skills

Tow operations: Safely operate flatbed and standard tow trucks.

Dollies: Safely use and lift dollies on and off multiple times per shift.

Towing safety: Proficient with straps and safety equipment; tow safely at all times.

Inspections: Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure readiness and compliance.

Body cam: Use body camera during repossessions; recording is mandatory.

Documentation: Document all recoveries with clear photos of damages and accurate reports; timely submission required.
