Retail Associate

The Retail Associate is responsible for assisting customers in maintaining their pools and spas. The incumbent will support the branch manager in all facets of retail operations to ensure the assigned store is exceeding all expectations.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet and direct customers.

Provide accurate information to customers regarding pool and spa care.

Answer customers’ questions regarding specific products/services.

Provide customer feedback to the branch manager.

Use the POS register to assist customers in sales transactions.

Ensure the store is clean and welcoming.

Assist with inventory control.

Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENT

Prolonged periods moving throughout the retail store.

Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
