Join a large Wealth Management & Technology Services company here in the valley!Job Description:The Retirement Relationship Manager is the primary resource in providing Financial Advisors with support on new/converting employer sponsored plans within our Retirement Services offering. The Relationship Manager will work closely with Financial Advisors, internal clients and external partners to provide timely, superior service including problem solving and issues resolution.Main Details:Start: 5/06Pay: $25.00 - $31.00 (Depending on Experience)Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pmLocation: Near Central Ave & Thomas RdDuration: 5 Month Contract.Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with advisors, sales, operations, and critical vendors supporting our retirement plans
Partner with financial advisors in the development and execution of participant engagement strategies; support, plan and participate in meetings when necessary
Communicate plan features and requirements in a clear and concise manner
Adheres to Service Center Standards (balances Advisor need with service center metrics)
Takes full ownership and accountability to all interactions with internal and external customers
Initiates outbound communications with advisors and sales regarding open issues and concerns based on inquiries
Must have strong oral and written presence by being positive, energetic, helpful, professional, clear and confident
Subject Matter Expert in establishing and maintaining various retirement offerings including 401(k), 403(b), 457
Maintain up to date knowledge of legislative or plan changes
Continually evaluate day-to-day activities for process improvement opportunities; speaks about outages, offers solutions and makes improvements; Must be solution oriented
Participate in selected departmental process improvement initiatives and duties as assigned
Supports and adheres to departmental standards for call management
Qualifications:
Experience supporting Employee Sponsored Retirement Plans
Experience supporting financial advisors and their clients
Strong experience in customer service
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Intermediate level working knowledge of retirement plans and investment products and services
Uses sound judgment with a sense of urgency
Exercises strong decision-making skills
Shows a high level of integrity and ethics
Adaptable to change
Has a passion for self-improvement
Displays passion and a heart for service
