ResponsibilitiesA postdoctoral fellowship position is available in the Department of Immunology at Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, AZ under the supervision of Dr. SangKon Oh, PhD, a Professor of Immunology of the Mayo Clinic Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences.The research fellow/senior research fellow will participate to our research program for the induction and maintenance of immune tolerance. She/he will investigate the molecular and cellular mechanisms for the enhancement of immune regulatory functions of macrophages, B cells, and dendritic cells. Our translational research program aims to define the underlying biological pathways for the establishment of immune regulatory networks in B cells, macrophages, and dendritic cells.Previous experiences in epigenetic regulation of immune cell functions and single cell analysis (e.g., sc-RNAseq) will be highly advantageous. Qualified candidates should have a PhD or equivalent degree and a publication record that demonstrates proficiency in the areas described above. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
