Safety Lane Supervisor Needed

What You’ll Do:

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects and functions of the Safety Lane. Inspect company own trucks and chassis, identify defects and initiate action for repairs. Train, supervise and monitor performance of the safety lane team.

We are willing to train anyone with mechanical knowledge and supervisory experience.

Job Skills We’re Looking For

Must posses good communication skills and work well with others.

Must be able to lead by example, promote good safety habits and motivate employees toward a common goal.

Must be able to perform job and task analysis to recommend improvement to management that will improve safety and CSA scores.

Able to read and write legibly.

Must have trailer and truck mechanical knowledge and supervisory experience.

Physical Requirements

Continually stand, stoop, bend and squat repeatedly for up to 8 hours.

Must be able to push, pull and lift up to 50#.

Must have the dexterity to lower oneself on and off a creeper and maneuver freely under vehicles.

Must be able to work in diversified environments such as cold, heat, rain and other ambient conditions.

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Schedule: Monday Through Friday (Day Shift)

MUST BE ABLE TO PASS DRUG SCREEN INCLUDING MARIJUANA
