Join the Family under the dynamic Sales Finance Analyst position supporting the Sales Finance function. Key responsibilities include streamlining and/or automating workflows resulting in enhanced reporting or customized dashboards as well as in-depth analysis directly related to supplier business activity and contractual obligations.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Conduct ROI analysis of sales programs.Ensure successful business workflows including but not limited to analysis, reporting, technology solutions, communications and appropriate recordkeeping for compliance reasons.Assist leadership on achieving goals and budgets in partnership with sales management and leadership.Assist with key analysis of designated supplier accounts receivable. Conduct gross profit analysis, fund analysis, data quality control, costing, federal compliance verification and supply chain management, as needed.Maintain, validate and distribute all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and measure program effectiveness.Assist in creating, maintaining, validating and distributing key periodic reporting to include dashboards, daily top line, master planning, daily financials and others as needed.Conducts analysis of profitability and appropriate ROI of supplier incentives. Ensures financial compliance of supplier contracts and ensure proper bill-back percentages for supplier incentivesCarry out responsibilities in accordance with all company policies and applicable laws. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as needed or as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or other business discipline.At least 4 years of related analyst experience is preferred.Ability to create, maintain and build professional relationshipsStrong written and verbal communication skills.Decisive and creative problem solver, with bias for action.Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills required. Experience with manipulating large amounts of data as well as the ability to quickly learn new systems/tools is necessary.DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of Excel BI, Power BI and SQL skills is highly preferred.Experience with supply chain software and Oracle is preferred.
