Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

JOB TITLE: Salesforce Business Systems Analyst

• Work closely with stakeholders and development teams to analyze business needs, propose direction, document detailed requirements with measurable acceptance criteria, for stakeholder review, development, and implementation
• Perform fit/gap analyses between business requirements and out-of-the-box features of Salesforce
• Create functional design specifications for system customizations and integrations
• Work closely with senior analysts, architects, and developers to leverage out-of-the-boxfeatures and thoughtfully design customizations to maximize user efficiency and minimizeongoing maintenance costs
• Work closely with development team to ensure their output delivers on the business need
• Create and execute test cases covering all business and functional requirements
• Analyze data from various sources and create reports to enable quality decision making
• Resolve end-user issues and perform ongoing administration, configuration and end-usertraining and documentation for new and existing capabilities
• Use Azure DevOps to manage requirements, test cases, bugs, deliverables, and tasks
  Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Experience building solutions in Salesforce
• Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, or similar certifications
• 2+ years of experience as an administrator, developer, or functional analyst in an enterprise-class CRM or ERP system
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional requirements
• Demonstrated understanding of accounting principles and best practices
• A tenacity to learn and grow with an iterative mindset
• Ability to work with a diverse set of users from upper management to field users and to beable to communicate effectively across groups
• Vision and organizational skills to balance end-user support with larger strategic projectsupport
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead functionalmeetings
• Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Certified Advance Administrator, Dev Certificationspreferred
• Experience working within medium to large public enterprises
• Experience working with Agile development teams and work management software (e.g. Azure DevOps)
