IT Scrum Master - Remote

Our customer is looking for a Scrum Master who will provide leadership and direction in the delivery of ourapplications. The role will be accountable for working with cross-functional teams to implement and deliversolutions aligned with strategies and plans for technology, people and process. The Scrum Master will ensureorganized, predictable, and managed change.

PEOPLE & TEAM INFLUENCE Demonstrate abilities as a team leader; lead teams to create an atmosphere of trust Seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation Provide guidance to an internal and external team of Analysts and Developers Develop strong relationships within IT and the business Adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelinesPROJECT Lead team through SAFe Program Increment (PI) Planning events Facilitate Team Agile/Scrum Events (DSU, Iteration Planning, Iteration Review, Retro, etc.) Partner with Product Owner for business priority Drive scope execution, remove roadblocks, serve as the point of escalation for team Manage team dependencies Anticipate issues, risks, and drive contingency planningQUALIFICATIONS Minimum 5 years' experience as an IT PM/SM in an agile setting Strong communication, Initiative and relationship building skills Aptitude for technical understanding and strong analytical skills Proficient in SDLC, project management discipline, SCRUM, and tools; MS Office Suite, Jira,Confluence, etc.HIGHLY PREFERRED Experience in CRM Applications, Loyalty Applications, and backend Data Management SAFe SM, CSM, PMP or other certifications with demonstrable application Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred, and 5+ years of relatedexperience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
