Join our team as a Senior Scrum Master!Opportunity to work on a high visibility projectHybrid 3 days onsite -Kennesaw,GA/Chicago,IL/Chandler,AZDescription:Looking for someone with strong PMP experience but has been working as a Scrum Master Position SummaryGuide and coach one or more teams on Scrum practices and develop their understanding of Agile principles.● Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (for example, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives).● In a Scaled Agile model, facilitate scaled planning for the team (for example, Pre-Planning/ Preparation and PI Planning Events) and represent the team in Scrum of Scrums/ART Syncs.Good knowledge of JIRA filtering, queries, dashboards, and reports.● Help the team define norms/agreements, like a Definition of Ready and Definition of Done, and enforce the agreements.● Ensure the team has a healthy product and Sprint backlog (in collaboration with the PO).● Facilitate dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the team.● Promote/facilitate communication and collaboration within the Agile team to support value delivery and Sprint commitments.● Provide visibility into the Agile team’s delivery plans and progress against plan to stakeholders.● Enable the team to become high performing through collaboration and a relentless focus on continuous improvement including cross-skilling across the team.● Measure team delivery, maturity, and performance and review the metrics with the team to identify improvement opportunities.Primary SkillNon-Technical SkillsTertiary SkillAgile tools (Jira)Required SkillsStrong Certified Scrum Master with good Project Management & Coaching skillsVery good experience in delivering software development projectsPrior experience in Scrum Master role in Agile projectsExperience with Agile methodology/frameworksExperience in Scaled Agile (SAFe) framework a plusExcellent communication, relationship building, and team player skills3-4 Years of relevant experience is required.Project Management (PMP) certification a plusAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
