As part of these transformative changes occurring in the Enterprise – ‘Card, Retail and Merchant Services Technology’ within Consumer Lending Technology (CLT) is transforming its role, focusing on modernization and rationalization of suite of applications by designing and building reusable enterprise capabilities.Position OverviewThis is a senior scrum master position within Digital Integration and Card Engineering portfolio of Card, Retail and Merchant Services Technology (CRMST) focusing on leading scrum teams responsible for Digital Integration, building micro services, Digital Apps and Frameworks.Responsibilities include: Lead the scrum team using Agile methodology Drive daily stand ups and meetings to make sure sprint and release plan is on track Drive release planning, sprint planning, show and tell and retrospection, scrum of scrum meetings Lead user stories grooming session with product owner Act as Agile coach to help team write effective user stories, acceptance criteria, identify dependencies and optimized design solution Challenge status quo and be a change agent to drive implementation of technology solutions Remove all obstacles to project team efficiency, facilitate working session with the dependent team for impediment removal to ensure cross-team coordination Maintain and report metrics to track sprint capacity, velocity, burn-down charts Drive a culture of continuous change and improvement across direct delivery teamsRWF – Please note that “RWF” is an identifier for internal recruiting purposes only and has no connection to the nature or responsibilities of the job.Required Qualifications6+ years of experience as a practicing Scrum Master

6 + years of experience as a scrum master

2+ years of Atlassian experience

2+ years of JIRA experience

Desired Qualifications5+ years of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) experience

5+ years of credit card industry experience

Scrum Master certification

Other Desired Qualifications 5+ years of technology program coordination experience using one or more agile methodologies in complex technical environments with an in-depth knowledge of Scrum and implementation of Agile Methodologies to multiple teams 5+ years of information technology experience working in a development environment that include event driven architecture, micro services, cloud, Mongo DB Demonstrated success managing and delivering larger, strategic, technology initiatives Demonstrated leadership experience to bring a cross functional groups together Financial Services exposure, particularly Credit Cards domain experience is preferred SAFe Agilist (SA) certification Problem resolution experience supported by strong analytical and communication skills, sound judgment and ability to work effectively with team members, product owners, and management. Collaborate efficiently with business & technology partners and engage them in the Agile delivery journey Ability to comprehend customer journey, story mapping and collaborate with Product OwnersJob ExpectationsAbility to travel domestically
