This position is entrusted to engineer and administer the company's directory services within the organization's Active Directory landscape. This position is responsible for the stability and availability of services within this landscape. This position requires a deep and thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory platform. In addition, this position will contribute to the company's overall security and identity management services.

Responsibilities

  • Develops strategies and oversees implementation and updates of Identity and Access Management technologies.
  • Assists in the review and update of information security policies, architecture, and standards. Performs analysis and engineering for points of integration between IAM technologies and other systems.
  • Provides analysis and business requirements for integrations to the system development staff.
  • Documents developed solutions. Communicates security risks and solutions to business partners and IT staff as needed.
  • Provides support to the business and IT staff for security related issues.
  • Provides internal security consulting for complex application development, database design, network, and/or platform (operating system) efforts, helping project teams comply with enterprise and IT security policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
  • Provides tier-3 support for incident resolution. Evaluates business Identity and Access Management requirements for enterprise business application integration or service activation.
  • Plans, organizes and leads requirements sessions and analyzes business requirements for system access (role mining/role engineering).
  • Prepares stakeholders for their roles in participating in these sessions.
  • Ensures that frequent organizational changes impacting user access needs are correctly translated to AM processes and automation.
  • Coordinates with business process or data owners.
  • Support our IAM operations through automation of repetitive tasks via different scripting methods.
  • Evaluate and document requirements for system development
  • Assist in the creation of streamlined runbooks and procedures across the teams
  • Provide expert guidance on process improvements, technical enhancements, and business impact
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 3 years Active Directory management experience
  • 2-3 years scripting and process management experience
  • 1-2 years Okta administration experience
  • 1 year Azure AD management experience
  • 1-2 years of certificate management experience
  • 2 years Identity and Access Management experience for AWS environments
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Scripting in multiple languages including PowerShell, JavaScript
  • Excellent process and procedure development skills
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Detail oriented, process driven.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in related area (Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or other related field) or an equivalent combination of education and experience
