Our team is responsible for driving scalable architecture, minimizing risks, and providing visibility across a multitude of environments while using lean principles at scale in a fast-paced environment and this is your opportunity to help drive significant change in a rapidly evolving organization.What you'll be doing- Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft Azure providing technical expertise to both technical and non-technical business partners.
- Performing administrative tasks including implementation, administration, troubleshooting, and documentation of Azure environments.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications; establish and define details, definitions, and requirements of applications, components, and enhancements.
- Completing service requests or incidents tickets in support of the virtual infrastructure.
- Developing scripts to gain efficiencies for reporting and automating repetitive tasks.
- Participating in the on-call support rotation, responding to support calls both during and after business hours/weekends/holidays/shutdowns.
- Providing technical leadership and assume overall accountability for the successful management and implementation of customer projects.
- Working in a self-organizing team environment where you determine your tasks in coordination with your teammates and project manager.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Six (6) years' experience in Information Technology supporting Systems. OR a combination of eight (8) years' of Business, IT technical and healthcare related experience.
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems utilized in a highly technical and changing environment.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor less experienced team members.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and interact with the highest levels of leadership personnel.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple activities.
- Demonstrated ability in implementing and administering highly complex IT infrastructure and systems.
- Demonstrated excellent customer service, communication, and documentation skills
- Additional related education, certificates and/or experience.
