POSITION SUMMARY

This position leads all digital marketing efforts in collaboration with the digital marketing team and marketing leadership by creating and managing strategic digital marketing campaigns and providing performance reports. This position is an integral member of the organizational web development and strategy team and provides input on development initiatives, prioritizes monthly web development updates to budget, leads quality assurance/user acceptance testing efforts, monitors and updates web content, and provides technical support as needed. Responsible for location management across various online platforms as well as reputation management and performance reporting. Develops and executes search engine optimization (SEO) strategy to increase organic traffic to SonoraQuest.com. Leads efforts to obtain customer feedback for new and existing digital solutions through the use of surveys and focus groups. Additionally, this position assists the marketing team in other efforts as needed including, but not limited to, email marketing, social media management, and collateral development.

CORE FUNCTIONS1. Manages in-house digital advertising initiatives (Google AdWords, Facebook PPC, etc.) in accordance with company strategic growth initiatives and in collaboration with digital marketing team and marketing leaders. Responsible for adhering to the budget for in-house digital advertising and showcases the ability to flex to shifting budgets as necessary. Provides regular reporting on utilization, campaign effectiveness, response rates and related marketing ROI metrics.

2.Leads digital marketing team on coordinated scheduled review of web site content with various departments and proactively develops new content to support the organization's strategic goals and appeal to targeted audiences.

3.Responsible for the prioritization of SonoraQuest.com monthly retainer work in collaboration with the digital marketing team and marketing leaders. Participates in organizational web strategy and development planning including interaction with third-party vendors. Leads digital marketing team in quality assurance/user acceptance testing of web development and interfaces with external customers to provide technical web support.

4.Develops, implements, and manages formal search engine optimization (SEO) strategy with measurable results on organic search. Strategically increases web site traffic through content enhancements and via SEO and content management system tools.

5.Manages digital marketing team maintenance of online location listings (SonoraQuest.com, Google, Yelp, etc.) including location-specific announcements. Performs reputation management through prompt and professional responses to customer reviews and provides regular performance reports sorted by location.

6.Leads voice of customer initiatives relative to SonoraQuest.com services and solutions. Includes survey development and execution as well as coordination of focus groups in collaboration with digital marketing team to gain valuable feedback on existing and new digital solutions to enhance the customer experience.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
  • Three years' of directly related experience.
  • Proven ability to effectively market products and services online through digital marketing, web site content, and social media channels.
  • Experience with web site content management systems (Umbraco a plus), Google AdWords, Facebook PPC, Google Analytics, and Campaign Monitor or similar email marketing platform.
  • Proven ability to effectively utilize necessary computer programs including MS-Word, MS-Excel, and Adobe Creative Suite.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Knowledge of laboratory/healthcare marketplace.
  • Additional related education, training, and experience.
