Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in systems engineering, a related specialized area or field is required (or equivalent experience) plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.C LEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense TS/SCI security clearance is preferred at time of hire. Candidates must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance within a reasonable amount of time from date of hire. Responsibilities for this PositionGeneral Dynamics Mission Systems (GDMS) has an immediate opening for a Senior Advanced Digital Signal Processing (DSP) Engineer to join our Digital Signal Processing Center of Excellence. The position provides an opportunity to develop the cutting-edge technology that supports some of our nation's fundamental defense services. GDMS employees work closely with esteemed clients to develop solutions that allow them to carry out high-stakes national security missions. The selected candidate will work with collaborative teams to create and manage various GDMS and client technologies. REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES AND TASKS: Senior DSP Engineers analyze, design, develop and test DSP algorithms that are implemented in hardware and software for Space-based systems.
