- Resolves technical issues in the IAM Platform
- Perform problem tracking, diagnosis and root-cause analysis, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution for moderately complex issues
- Strong experience contributing and leading discussions and communications within the team and outside
- Work in a shared services model to support Maintenance and Operations activities for multiple clients
- U tilize IAM (Identity and Access Management) programs to enable federal clients to protect against digital identity risks.
- Provide appropriate access to applications, systems, and data with advanced authentication.
- Oversee the spread of information with privileged access management.
- Verify identity utilizing a wide range of IAM solutions including HSPD-12, PIV, and advanced authentication methods.
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 4+ years of professional experience with IBM Identity Access Management- both ISIM & ISAM
- Strong knowledge of directory services, IBM Identity and access management technologies .
- Experience with the delivery and support of single sign on, SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
- Experience with Rest Web services, SSO/Federation architectures and other authentication/authorization protocols.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Travel up to 15%
- Experience working with IAM, identity governance, HSPD-12, and utilizing advanced authentication
- Prior professional services or federal consulting experience
- Previous identity analytics experience
- Experience in consumer identity and directory services
- Certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP)
