It all begins with you.About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Product Manager to support the on-going management and future transformation of the the Consumer Global Remittance business and product portfolio. This includes managing the product, supporting the development and execution of the strategic direction, managing the relationships and interactions with critical partners and third-parties, and collaborating to ensure effective risk management, marketing and product performance. Oversee overall product management and strategic focus for the most technical, complex and diverse products and services

Lead the strategy and resolution of complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth understanding of potential synergies, opportunities companywide

Deliver solutions that are long-term, large scale, and require consideration of global market dynamics, trends, regulatory impact, and risk management

Provide vision, direction and expertise to leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are strategically focused for diverse product lines

Articulate product vision, define scope, prioritize backlog, establish goals, and provide direction for teams to design, develop, and deliver technology and processes for updating, upgrading technologies and vendor relationships

Engage with leaders, stakeholders, subject matter experts, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team companywide

Serve as an adept advisor to leadership

Required Qualifications, US:7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:Experience in successfully managing payments products and services ideally including cross-border payments.

Understanding of the cross-border payments market place and ability to navigate the complex risk, compliance and legal aspects of this environment.

Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives and priorities.

Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities.

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Proven ability to innovate and grow sales, enhance customer experience, and manage risk
