Develops the future strategy of the contact center's systems team to support operational improvement of contact center and meet business objectives.Manages contact centers systems team members on performance, improvement, and career growth plan considerationsLeads efforts in the strategy, governance, and business relationship management within the contact center systems departmentWorks with contact center systems management team to ensure all defined business rules and policies are documented and implemented as designedCollaborates with key business and IT stakeholders to ensure business needs and expectations are met with the implemented end solutionReports on contact center system improvement strategies to senior leadership to allow for further growth within contact center and systems to support this strategyPartners with business stakeholders to develop a long-term strategy and roadmap for systems within the contact centerMentors contact center systems team members to develop tactical career development plan to increase attrition and personal qualityReviews the latest training materials and/or programs for the contact center systems analysis team development and updates to ensure adequate trainingSupports in developing the overall strategy for onboarding, hiring, and training new employees on onboarding, hiring, recent promotes, transfers and performance and/or reward decisions within contact center systems departmentPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standardsEducation/Experience:
