The Engineer will support restart efforts for these products including program and factory support with multi-disciplinary teams, logistics, material resource planning, project leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of new product integration, manufacturing principals and the ability to perform tasks to support supply chain, operations, and engineering.We value diverse skills and experience, so don’t hold back. If you’re passionate about what you could accomplish here, we’d love to hear from you.Responsibilities to Anticipate:Applying manufacturing engineering skillsets across the extended value stream to resolve constraints and improve process and product designsLeverage knowledge and technical skills to influence business decisions and results from new designs to recurring productionDesign, control, and improve the producibility of products through collaboration with a multi-disciplined teamLead and coordinate projects, efforts and improvements across the extended value streamsAct as the manufacturing and producibility authority within the programAct as a mentor and trainer to manufacturing engineersIdentify and resolve constraints across the programParticipate in corrective action investigationProvide technical input and peer review to engineering design changesProvide technical guidance and problem solving to factory engineersQualifications You Must Have: Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience OR in absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required. Ability to obtain and maintain an Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives Access (ATF) The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
