Imagine Learning seeks a Senior Engineering Project Manager to help develop the IAM program, set team direction, and ensure the successful delivery of high-profile projects.

As a Senior Engineering Project Manager of the Product and Enterprise Operations team, you will spend your days working with teams across the engineering and IT organizations to develop our Identity Management program. You will work closely with the Information Security team, other team members, and key stakeholders throughout the Project lifecycle.

This is a regular, full-time position, based out of your home.

Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience; or equivalent work experience managing multiple projects or programs.

• Strong ability to analyze business processes in order to deliver recommendations for meeting business needs

• Basic familiarity of general IAM concepts and technologies such as: Okta, Active Directory, Zero Trust, SAML, OpenId, MFA, RBAC.

• Proven success in providing on site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation and communication skills within a technical and non-technical audience
• Self-motivated and self-managing, able to proactively identify work, handle tasks, and complete work without supervision
