The team size varies from 5-10. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Participate in a scrum team consisting of software engineers, quality engineers and product owners
  • Partner with software engineers, product owners and other functional and technical SME's as needed to define and implement robust test plans for functional, integration, and regression testing
  • Developing test scenarios, test data setup, environment readiness, automated test execution and issue resolution
  • System / Integration test REST API's, User interface, Database, ETL / Batch application components
  • Present results to the Scrum Team, Product Owner, and other Business and IT leaders to support validation of features and user stories
  • Comply with standards of the software development life cycle, DevOps and continuous delivery process

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of SDLC experience
  • 3+ years of quality engineering experience in a software engineering environment testing User Interfaces, Web services, API's, Batch / ETL application components
  • 2+ years of experience writing Functional / Integration test plans and test cases for complex software applications
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile principles and framework
  • 1+ years of experience with acceptance-test-driven development
  • 1+ years of Software Engineering experience using technologies including any of the following: Java/J2EE, .Net, Jenkins, Oracle, Datastage, Talend, Cucumber, or Cloud SDK

Preferred Qualifcations:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience with continuous integration/continuous delivery models
  • 1+ years Healthcare Industry Experience
  • Experience with automated unit testing technologies
  • Local to Phoenix, AZ

Colorado, Connecticut or Nevada Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $82,100 to $146,900. The salary range for Connecticut / Nevada residents is $90,500 to $161,600. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
