Envision Your Experience

As a Senior Software Engineer of the Internal Developer Enhancements team, you will spend your days designing and implementing new tooling and automation processes for internal use. You will use your communication skills to coordinate and manage input from business and technology stakeholders companywide and be responsible for the design and execution of large-scale technology initiatives.

This is aregular,full-timeposition, based out ofyour home office.

Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of related experience; or 3 years with aMaster’sdegree; or a PhD without experience

  • Recognized leader with one strategicdomain;advanced knowledge of other domains and domain interdependencies.

  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Prefer experience with Application monitoring, logging,tracing,and instrumentation tools (like New Relic, Granfana).

  • Mastery with a core language and framework and experienced in another

  • Proficiency in: Python, C#/.NET, Javascript/Typescript/ES6, BASH

  • Prefer experience in: CI build systems (like ConcrouseCI, Teamcity, Jenkins), Code Scanning Systems (like SonarQube, Security Scanners, Accessibility Scanners)

  • Excellent communication, coding, and analytical problem-solving skills

  • Self-motivated and self-managing, able to proactively identify work, handle tasks, and complete work without supervision
