Senior Technical Product Managers are critical leaders in the drive to build great software products and grow effective product teams. As the Senior Technical Product Manager for Data, the successful candidate will use their product management experience and technical expertise to own the direction and priority for the teams that provide the data architecture and infrastructure that event, store, process, and provide Imagine Learning’s mostvaluable asset, which is the data we leverage to improve the lives and outcomes of teachers and students. Additionally, the successful candidate will own the strategy to build the systems which will allow the company to leverage product and business data for internal use to drive business value.

This is a regular, full-time position, based out of your home office.

Share Your Expertise

Experience, education, and qualifications essential for success in this role, include:

• Passion for data, working closely with development teams, emergingtechnologiesand educational data

• At least 5 years as a product manager leading data focused teams
• Prior experience in the educational technology domain is required, with expertise in the K-12 courseware space highly preferred
• Experience owning and building product strategies and roadmaps for a data focused product area
• Experienced presenting data concepts to both technical and non-technical senior leadership
• Experience in defining data models and data dictionaries for enterprise data platforms with development teams is required
• Hands on experience with Sisense, Tableau or Power BI, including the backend data that powers these tools is preferred

• Ability to query data in SQL, MySQL,PostgreSQLor other query languages is a plus

• Past experiencewith statistics, data science, machine learning, or artificial intelligence is a plus
