Server Position

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. , you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving guests, and creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Duties

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.

Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring adherence to food handling and safety standards.

Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including processing payments and managing tabs.

Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food offerings.

Buss tables as necessary to maintain a tidy dining environment for guests.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests.

Experience in bussing and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas.

Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling.

Knowledge of guest services principles to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ability to upsell menu items effectively to boost sales.

Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions.

Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food handling safety practices.

Culinary knowledge is a plus, enhancing the ability to pair beverages with food offerings.
