- Modules: ITSM Pro, ITOM, CSM
- Implement and review security
- End to end development (requirements, Dev, Test)
- ITSM/ITOM -Discovery & Service Mapping + CSDM (Common Service Data Model)
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written business English
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
- 5 + years of experience in IT technical services roles
- Outstanding ability and experience in developing and implementing ITSM/ITIL and ITOM processes and solutions, with a deep process/functional and technical understanding of the CMDB
- ServiceNow Certifications for System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM and core ITOM applications
- Advanced experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.)
- ITIL Foundation (minimum) or even better ITIL Expert Certifications
- Experience soliciting and documenting requirements and evolving these requirements into successful solutions
- Experience working in a fast pace, ambitious, and agile environment
- Integrations specifically around Active Directory/Azure AD and HR applications such as Workday
- Training, documentation, and support for any solution built
- Maintenance, patching and upgrading according to latest releases in both development and production environments as released by ServiceNow
- Technical Skills: JavaScript, Web technologies - HTML or XML, API integrations, Configuration of ServiceNow's ITSM service catalog
- Developing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow and its modules: Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, Service Catalog, Email, User Administration, Scripting, Reports, Survey, Project Management, Portal Creation/Management, IT Service Performance Analytics (KPI’s, dashboards, and signals)
- Transition company intranet portal built on SharePoint Online to ServiceNow
- Development of ServiceNow as replacement for Monday.com, project management boards, workflows/notifications, and creating templates for end users to deploy and self-service for project boards
- Integrations with SAP
