Job Title: Application Developer - ServiceNowLocation: Remote Required skills and Responsibilities: .>> ITOM Engineer for predominately figuring out why Discovery might be failing and fixing it.Could be creds, could be firewall/routing issues, pattern failure, new pattern extension, script changes for cred deployment, etc <<o 6+ years’ experience with ServiceNowo Troubleshoot any discovery issues identified by Network Engineer or Librariano Onboard or help create any new discovery/parser/federated data sourceo Maintain discovery healtho Audit skills and need detailed oriented capabilitieso Process driveno Report progress on all work item to the project team/managero Expert level knowledge on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications.o Deeply familiar with the ITOM, ITBM, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Portal designer modules.o Experience implementing Service Now modules.o Experience with ongoing reliability testing.o Experience with Agile/SaFe methodology.o Expertise with JavaScript, Jelly script, or Powershell script.o Experience building transform maps to import external data sources and maintaining integrations.o Experience working on ServiceNow Automations and building custom Orchestration (Workflow) activities.o ITIL certificationo ServiceNow ITOM certification.o Experience with MID server builds.o Experience with Service Mapping.o Experience with integrationso Experience coordinating with other ITSM process owners to ensure proper ITOM integrations.o Experience with network routing and troubleshooting.o Experience with trouble shooting discovery issues with known and unknown IPs and any network devices.o Strong communication skill is a must
