This is going to be a large 2-week project and will be a great opportunity to add to your portfolio as we are looking for several small videos a full-scale commercial and customer testimonials. See description below.

Elite Turf is a premier hardscape and artificial grass company based in Phoenix, Arizona. We specialize in full backyard renovations and design, transforming outdoor spaces with artificial grass, pavers, irrigation, landscape lighting, barbecue islands, fire pits, and more. Despite our impressive portfolio, we recognize the need to enhance our social media presence and photographic documentation.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Social Media Videographer & Photographer for a two-week project, with the potential to transition into a full-time position. The role involves capturing high-quality video and photographic content during a major upcoming backyard renovation project. The goal is to produce a year's worth of content, including social media reels, YouTube channel videos, and high-resolution photos for our magazine.

Responsibilities:

- Pre-Project:

- Capture before-project photos and videos, transitioning into 3D renderings.

- Record the initial walkthrough and introduction with the customer and Elite Turf team.

- During Project:

- Document every phase of the project daily, including:

- Demolition and grading

- Artificial grass installation

- Travertine installation

- Paver borders

- Pergola installation

- Barbecue island and fire pit installation

- Putting green installation

- Landscape lighting (including night photos and videos)

- Irrigation system installation

- Record action shots of the crew working, including operating heavy equipment.

- Conduct small interviews with the staff explaining the ongoing processes.

- Post-Project:

- Produce a final three to five-minute video showcasing the entire project from start to finish using video clips, music, hyperlapse, timelapse, and drone footage.

- Create high-resolution final photos for our magazine.

- Develop approximately 15 to 20 social media reels on various aspects of the project.

- Compile individual process install videos for each project component.

Requirements:

- Own video equipment and camera.

- Proficiency in videography, photography, and video editing.

- Experience with drone footage (Elite Turf will provide the drone).

- Ability to create detailed and engaging content for social media and other platforms.

- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Project Duration:

Approximately 2 weeks (12 to 15 working days)

Compensation:

Negotiable based on experience and portfolio.

On-Site Job Interview:

This project will serve as an on-site job interview. If the project goes well, there will be an opportunity to become Elite Turf's full-time Social Media Videographer & Photographer for ongoing projects.

About Future Opportunities:

Elite Turf is also working on two significant future projects:

1. Master Class for DIY Homeowners: Assisting homeowners in learning about artificial grass and hardscape to install their backyard designs at a discounted rate.

2. The Backyard Fix (YouTube/TV Channel): Producing 3 to 10-minute videos on various aspects of the business, including artificial grass, pavers, lighting, and more, aimed at educating customers and the general public.
