- Adhere to development standards while delivering solutions on time
- Maintain high quality of delivered code by following best standards and practices
- Be actively involved in the development and maintenance of new and existing applications
- Responsible for analyzing and resolving technical problems and application incidents
- Complete code reviews and project documentation
- Provide recommendations to improve existing applications and processes
- Mentor junior team members and aid in their development
- Assist the Lead Developer in establishing standards and best practices
- Produce technical specifications to match business requirements
- Responsible for task planning and estimation
- Performs other tasks as assigned
- Conducts job responsibilities in accordance with the standards set in the Company Code of Business Conduct and the Corporate Compliance Agreement
- Desire to be part of a small close-knit team; this is not an ideal environment for lone wolves
- A high level of intellectual curiosity and willingness to develop new skills
- Minimum five years of experience
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration
- Experience in building and maintaining software applications; source control; version control; testing; production turnover; specification development and systems analysis
- Understanding of and hands-on experience with C#/VB.Net, Visual Studio .Net, SQL Server, LINQ
