Title: Software Implementation Project Manager

Location: Tempe, AZ (hybrid in-office/remote, but open to remote with occasional travel from outside AZ for the right fit)

Type: Full-Time/Perm

We are looking for an experienced, professional Project Manager to lead large-scale public projects to implement our client’s leading low-code ECM platform. The right person is detailed, process driven, and excels in maintaining a healthy customer relationship while governing all project aspects of a large software implementation. Your role:
  • End to end management of successful client software implementation / integration projects, including administration of contractual deliverables and timelines.
  • Ability to perform project control activities, including but not limited to, creating, and maintaining detailed project plans, weekly status reports, financial health reports, meeting minutes, and coordinating staffing activities using shared resource pool.
  • Establish and manage customer expectations, changes, or gaps in delivery.
  • Ensure the timely and budgeted completion of projects.
  • Communicate to team regarding project plan development, status, and change.
  • Planning, decision making, and resourcing of project with client and internal team to understand expectations and goals for each team.
  • Manage internal reporting and analysis for financial profitability across multiple and /or complex projects.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

What you’ve got:
  • 3+ years of project management experience working with external customers.
  • 5+ years of experience with enterprise software implementations.
  • Manage customer interactions with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Experience in leading and coaching a team through project completion stages.
  • Proven success managing multiple, complex, simultaneous projects, including managing scope, time, cost, and quality of delivery.
  • Knowledge of software development process and cycle.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with business applications, MS Project, and other common IT tools.
  • Experience working with Agile concepts.
  • Government project experience preferred.
