Spanish Speaking DDD /Healthcare Office Admin

Healthcare Management company seeks a SPANISH SPEAKING referral coordinator for North Phoenix location. Please review the following requirements of this position:

-Medical/Healthcare office experience REQUIRED. DDD (Division of Developmental Disabilities) experience a plus + but not necessary.

-Has an Arizona issued fingerprint clearance card or can obtain a fingerprint clearance card (will assist in process if needed).

-Must pass a background check

-Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

-Must have appropriate email etiquette and written communication skills

-Technologically savvy and can work in both Apple and Microsoft environments

-Personable on the phones and good customer service skills

-Takes initiative, pro-active and demonstrates flexibility

-Benefit offering after 90 days of employment.

-Ability to start immediately or within the next 2 weeks

Job Type: Full time position. Room for growth within company

Salary: Starting rate for this position is $19-$21/ hour depending on experience. Performance based bonuses!
