Business Analyst to join our customer in

Phoenix Arizona. This is an

JOB DESCRIPTION:Identifies, evaluates and documents business needs and objectives, operational processes and procedures, problems and requirements. Will help complete all project management documentation.Gathering and definition of functional requirements, use cases to assist developers in creation of IT solutions to meet business objectives.Facilitating communication between stakeholders from all levels of the organization while objectively identifying and resolving conflict.Lead project activities with emphasis on project requirements gathering/specification, testing, quality assurance and user training.

Programming Languages/Development ToolsSQL-Intermediate; Understands how to query from SSMS

Frameworks/SDLs/MethodologiesTeam Foundation Server-Beginner-Experience would be helpful, not required

Agile/Scrum and Waterfall Methodologies-Advanced-Experience working with all three methodologies is preferred

Misc. Applications

Strong MS Office Skills-Advanced-Working knowledge of Microsoft office in a Windows environment with an intermediate to advanced level of proficiency in word processing (Word), spreadsheet (Excel) and presentation (PowerPoint) software is required.

Visio -Advanced- Knowledge of databases, SQL structures and writing simple queries, preferred -Beginner

Just need BA to have an understanding, this role does not require development

Testing Planning-Advanced-Experience creating test plans based on user requirements
