Analyst Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for executing the product roadmap as well as assist in delivering relevant and well-designed technology solutions to our stakeholders. This role is expected to exercise creativity, critical thinking, relationship building, analytics, and collaboration to solve business stakeholder problems
  • Ability to act as a liaison between lines of business and development teams, translating strategic goals into technology solutions, and vice versa
  • Work with internal business groups to acquire a deep understanding of their processes and operations.
  • Work closely with developers to understand data structures, data sources and systematic processes during system development
  • Create user experience and process workflows including current and future state diagrams
  • Utilize substantial decision making and independent judgment to identify the best end user solution (technology) to solve business problems
  • Utilize critical thinking to identify risks, gaps, and upstream/downstream impacts
  • Ability to communicate technical issues to both technical and business partners
  • Mentor junior team members to integrate them into the team with the objective of a high performing, self-sustaining team

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitative major that requires structured problem solving
  • 5+ years of Systems Analyst/ Business Analyst experience
  • Experience working in agile pods and ability to lead in a cross functional team environment
  • Advanced skill in defining epics, features, user stories and validation criteria
  • Advanced skill level in positively affecting business outcomes thorough understanding of the business issues and applying business acumen and insight into organizational dynamics
  • Advanced skill level in influencing others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced skill level in presenting information to varying "levels" of audience with appropriate detail
  • Experience in assisting the business owner to develop roadmaps
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
  • Experience documenting designs from both business and systems perspectives
  • Experience juggling multiple projects and tasks
  • Experience in data analytics and capable of digging into data
  • Demonstrated knowledge of SQL or comparable query language

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Direct knowledge and experience in Treasury Functions including Investment Book of Records, Cash and Liquidity Management, and Collateral Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
  • Able to accommodate various time zones to support international business stakeholders and project teams
