You will actively engage in staffing, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, and talent management. You will utilize your HR functional expertise to align critical human resources principles with business objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work closely with peers and COEs across the company to plan and implement various initiatives and processes
Support business groups by providing their teams best-in-class employee experience and effective delivery of HR programs
Drive organizational effectiveness
Succession planning and talent development/retention
Analyzing data to drive critical business decisions
Employee investigations & Employee relations
Workforce Planning & Manage Talent
Utilize broad spectrum of HR metrics and people data to drive decisions
Build relationships, provide administrative support and broker services
Support employee engagement activities
Act as a coach and confidant

High School Diploma or GED
18+ months of Human Resources experience

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
Experience with supporting manufacturing, operations, or engineering
