You will support the service team in the design, development and implementation of Honeywell's enterprise Internet of Things (IOT) core platform services.As a Senior IT Architect specializing in Siemens Rulestream, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of complex engineering automation solutions. Leveraging your deep expertise in Siemens Rulestream and a decade of experience, you will play a key role in driving business transformation by integrating Rulestream into product lifecycle management (PLM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and manufacturing execution systems (MES).Your expertise in Rulestream will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation and enhancing operational efficiency within M&A. You will report directly to our Sr IT Manager and you'll work out of our Charlotte, NC or Atlanta, GA or Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule. Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.Key Responsibilities

Design scalable and high-performing Siemens Rulestream solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.

Define architecture roadmaps for integrating Rulestream with enterprise systems like Teamcenter, SAP, and other PLM/ERP tools.

Lead end-to-end implementation of Siemens Rulestream, including requirements gathering, customization, and deployment.

Ensure solution alignment with engineering and manufacturing workflows, data management practices, and compliance requirements.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, and IT, to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring the architecture supports business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Automate engineering design and configuration processes by leveraging Rulestream’s rules-based technology.

Continuously improve existing solutions, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.

Establish best practices, standards, and governance policies for Siemens Rulestream implementation and usage.

Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development.

Provide training and technical support to ensure adoption of Rulestream solutions.

6+ years of hands-on experience with Siemens Rulestream, including configuration, customization, and integration.

Strong understanding of Rulestream architecture and its integration with PLM/ERP systems.

Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, .NET, or Java for Rulestream customization.

Proficiency in engineering design using CAD (NX/AutoCAD) applications.

WE VALUE

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Knowledge of database management systems (SQL/Oracle).

Strong understanding of CAD automation principles and practices, with experience in developing automation routines

Industry Knowledge: Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries, with knowledge of product configuration, design automation, and PLM workflows.
