Job Description: This is a role who will take the lead on defining their Client's needs and translating into requirements. This person will become "The Voice Of The Client", They will also manage the delivery of projects from a technical perspective, and assist Melissa mature the IT organization (create documentation, policies, procedures, ensure delivery). Role on the Team: This person will be the lead.
