And we work diligently to encourage all with different ways of thinking, different ways of working, and especially those traditionally underrepresented in technology and financial services, to apply.Job Description:The Sr. Manager, Cybersecurity Audit & Regulatory Support will play a key role in the Global Security Office Audit and Regulatory support function by ensuring highly complex multi-party information flows and processes for regulatory and internal audit examination to ensure continuous monitoring activities meet corporate & supervisory expectations and facilitate efficient and effective management outcomes. This position requires the ability to develop effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders by building trust and credibility through strong interpersonal skills, communications, and actions. This position is critical to managing the internal and regulatory risk of SVB's complex global security focused businesses while facilitating enterprise awareness of the status of ongoing global regulatory activity, emerging issues, open audit and regulatory matters and other obligations and commitments to SVB. The Sr. Manager, Cybersecurity Audit & Regulatory Support will partner with a team of Internal Audit and Regulatory Affairs professionals, the businesses, and other functions to provide end-to-end support for audit and regulatory examinations and continuous monitoring activities to ensure those interactions are highly coordinated and well managed.The position requires experience with all aspects of audit and regulatory exam management activities; experience in developing and delivering Senior Management and Board-level reporting and visualizations; strong knowledge of technology tools and solutions to enable such reporting; strong understanding of regulatory examination issue identification, tracking and management processes; robust data governance and management skills, including the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure data is delivered timely, accurately and comprehensively; and detailed knowledge of regulatory examination support activities, including deep understanding of logistical and other requirements to support such activities. Background within a Federal Reserve Bank Examination team is considered a plus.Core Responsibilities:- Support all aspects of Global Security Office audit and regulatory engagement activities, including providing end-to-end logistical and other tactical support to the Regulatory Coordination team, GSO Leadership team, the businesses and other functions during audit and regulatory examination and continuous monitoring activities
- Assist in updating the Internal Audit & Regulatory Affairs' centralized systems and processes for monitoring, aggregating, and reporting the status of ongoing regulatory activity to provide information on the current state of audit and regulatory exams to Executive Management.
- Deliver timely, accurate, consistent, and comprehensive audit and regulatory activity reporting, dashboards, and visualizations that include high quality information on trends and insights regarding the status of issues identified during audit & regulatory examinations and continuous monitoring activities, emerging supervisory issues, regulatory developments and the status of open regulatory matters.
- Support the preparation and development of timely, insightful, and informative briefing materials for Senior Management.
- Work closely with Internal Audit and Regulatory Affairs to ensure reporting of the status of open audit and regulatory matters is synchronized with their independent view of the status of those matters on an ongoing basis
- Strong analytical, technical and decision-making skills to support the development and maintenance of high-quality audit and regulatory activity reporting for Senior Management and the Board of Directors
- In depth understanding of audit and regulatory processes and activities common to a global financial services organization
- Strong technical understanding of systems and software required to support Senior Management and Board-level reporting
- Ability to build effective internal and external relationships with a proven record of building trust and credibility through strong interpersonal skills, communications and actions
- Strong understanding of rules, regulations and supervisory guidance impacting business practices that will affect SVB's safety and soundness
- Dedication to integrity, producing high quality results and meeting deadlines

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, technology related field or equivalent education and 8 years of cybersecurity and technology experience.
- 3-5 Years of management and/or lead experience with dotted line or direct reports.
- Seven years of technology and security risk management, regulatory compliance, or audit experience preferably in the financial services industry
- Experience working for the Federal Reserve Bank Examination and/or Audit Teams
- Experience in leading business analysis, process (re)design, operating plan and strategy development, business reporting. Skilled in the use of office tools like Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity or working knowledge of technology and security operations and the various related functions required to successfully manage IT. Understanding of regulatory compliance is preferred.
- Team leadership experience including full-time, contract, and vendor resources.
- Focused experience and knowledge of risk management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
