Lead and develop a high performing team of seven to ten procurement professionals supporting a combination of high volume procurements and those supporting Statements of Work.

Ensure execution of all subcontracting activity following current regulations and RMD processes.

Responsible for overall supplier performance and execution to support RMD contract and financial objectives.

Develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements (technical and quality) in support of flawless supplier execution for our business.

Collaborates across functional organizations to develop solutions and ensure supplier performance supports the needs of the organization.

Establish and develop strong business partner relationships with critical suppliers to drive accountability and performance.

Communicates effectively and routinely on all supply chain issues, including subcontract performance to Directors, Vice Presidents, program teams and functional leaders.

Exercise strong business acumen to connect technical concerns to ultimate contract performance and proactively identify and resolve problems and customer concerns efficiently and effectively.

Monitor and evaluate metrics for trends and root causes and formulate proactive plans to ensure overall program success.

Some travel may be required.

The position is Fully Remote.

Qualifications you Must Have:

Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and 10 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR In absence of a degree, 14 years of relevant experience.

Experience in supply chain management, subcontract management, and managing the performance of a broad supply base.

Experience with financial impacts of decisions on the organization’s budget and the program to include managing cost, schedule and/or performance.

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Value:

Experience with terms and conditions including FAR/DFARS flow downs

SAP based environment experience.

Master’s degree in supply chain, business, finance, engineering, or related field.

Experience with all levels of management and individual contributors within RTX, as well as with the customer.

Additional Details:

The salary range for this role is $112,000 - $236,000; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.Employee Referral Award Eligibility: Only employees currently within RMD and RI&S have the potential to receive a Referral Award for submitting a referral to RMD and RI&S roles.
