You will hold responsibility for a specific project/region/business or hold a larger remit in terms of purchasing. You will negotiate midsize value contracts, complex requirements and meeting internal client objectives while achieving maximum overall cost effectiveness. You will directly interact with your internal stakeholders and with external vendors.Key Responsibilities
Deliver on customer needs
Conduct competitive bids
Identify cost reduction opportunities
Review and monitor purchase requisitions
Manage supplier communication
Understand market trends
Deal with invoice discrepancies
Ensure compliance with strategic procurement

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTSDue to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.YOU MUST HAVE
5+ years of procurement or supply chain experience
Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English

Bachelor Degree from an accredited university
1+ years of FAR15 Procurement Experience
Knowledge of SAP purchasing system
Fair and reasonable justifications
Cost and Pricing Analysis experience
Strong communication skills and a team player
Good organizational - ability to prioritize.
Knowledge and experience using Lean Six Sigma tools and do problem solving.
Planning, negotiations, and agreements/contract management experience
Good technical knowledge of Procurement/sourcing
Knowledge and experience using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
