Summary :  Focus on improving EH&S at the Arizona site by using his/her experience to anticipate, recognize, evaluate, and control hazards in the workplace and engage employees in the development of a strong EH&S culture. Evaluates workplace compliance with regard to local, state and federal regulations.  Functions as an expert resource to teams for consistent implementation of company EH&S standards and programs. Performs jobsite auditing and conducts incident investigation.  Conducts inspections and ensures compliance with applicable EH&S regulations and standards.  Responsibilities :Oversee plant(s)-wide safety, health and fire prevention programs as a member of Disaster Prevention CenterManage the ISO 45001 certification process and lead the Safety & Health Compliance Team to drive continuous improvement in all Safety & Health and fire prevention programs (PSM, DHA, OHSA, NFPA, IFC Program)Facilitate fire brigade training and education program in accordance with NFPA 600 and NFPA 1081Ensure hazard identification and mitigation for plant operations and administrative officesConduct daily line walks to ensure EH&S practices are being observed and to note any at-risk behaviors, unsafe conditions, faulty equipment or non-compliance with any EH&S related policies/regulationsEscalate safety issues/concerns to leadership managementLead cross-functional teams to drive improvements across the organizationParticipate in incident investigations and track corrective actionsConduct new equipment reviews, mechanical risk assessments and ergonomic risk assessmentsParticipate in emergency/fire response drills and critiquesConduct new hire orientation, contractor safety and other EH&S related training topicsDevelop/update site specific programs to ensure compliance with all applicable regulationsRespond in the event of accident, Prevention of recurrencePerform other duties as assigned Yearly Salary: $75 - $95K
