Job Description:

The Sr. Scrum Master will lead the Agile delivery for the Infrastructure Services by contributing to the team structure, processes, and agile ceremonies, and work intake. This role requires thoughtful partnership while being adept at escalating blockers and risks.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Working with a program manager and technical resources, develop deliverables leading to complex outcomes towards a long-term strategy
  • Develop resourcing plans to complete planned deliverables
  • Facilitate epic, backlog, and sprint refinement and planning
  • Utilize a repeatable reporting process that engages multiple levels of the organization and effectively communicates progress
  • Align key resources contributing to the execution of deliverables, manage expectations, and identify obstacles
  • Document and track risks and issues during execution
  • Contribute to the creation or modification of work management processes
  • Coach contract Scrum Masters and delivery team members on defining, tracking, and reporting work progress

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in Agile planning and delivery
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong collaboration, influence, and partnership skills in a matrix environment
  • Change management and process implementation experience
  • Excellent problem solving and cross-organization facilitation skills
  • Able to prioritize and self-manage time effectively
  • Experience working with Jira and Confluence

Education or Equivalent Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in technology related discipline preferred
  • Agile and Cloud certifications preferred
  • 10 years' experience in project management or agile delivery in Technology

Base Pay:$106,886.00 - $200,411.00

Actual starting base pay will be determined on skills, experience, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. Total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other perks, as outlined in any formal offer made.
