Job Description Summary:

The Sr. Technical Writer works to:
  • Create and publish new and updated content
  • Follow internal processes to improve the customer experience
  • Follow internal processes to increase documentation deliverable efficiency
  • Support KPIs/KRIs/OKRs, in the areas of process, policy, and quality
Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:
  • Determine if document structure and document type is appropriate for the content submitted by SMEs.
  • Suggest template updates and provide guidance to SME using these templates.
  • Forming a strong rapport with our business partners
  • Collaborating with other Writers, Process Improvement Analysts, Project Managers, process owners and subject matter experts
  • Following internal BPM processes such as governance, gap and remediation, annual recertification, and queue management processes
  • Automatically identifying, conceptualizing and implementing documentation for special projects
  • Effectively communicating with various range of leaders from front line to C-level
Specific skills include
  • This role will supports the Relationship Advisor organization focused on serving clients across Tech, Life Science, Global Fund Banking and Wine
  • Procedures will enable consistent execution across client onboarding, client servicing & account maintenance
  • Ideal candidate would have technical writing experience and / or knowledge of Commercial Banking
  • Knowledge of all aspects of technical writing, including knowing the difference between documentation types
  • Proven skills in policy and procedure development, including analyzing content for gaps
  • Knowledge of specific content management tools and technology used for managing document libraries at the Bank (e.g., MadCap Flare)
  • Knowledge of Information Mapping Methodology and the Document Development Life Cycle
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education, Experience, and Certification
  • 3+ years technical writing/policy and procedure writing experience
  • Certification Preferred but not required: Technical Writing Certificate
