- Collaborates with team to build UX artifacts (personas, user flows, user journeys, ect.)
- Collect data and consumer insights, found throughout the organization and from analytic research. With priorities in KPIs in mind leverage data to support and validate UX approach.
- Confidently present UX findings and help the user experience team align their direction
- Participate in testing products with the design team using usertesting.com.
- Confidently analyze quantitative and qualitative user research testing to formulate UX plans with the designers.
- Iterate on already set hypothesis, always adjusting based on learnings.
- Help the team through how to execute these plans with a consumer-first mindset while hitting business set KPIs.
- Be at the forefront of the latest emerging trends and industry developments for the website, device usage habits, social, search, eCRM, rich media, display, etc., and be an active participant in agency-wide knowledge sharing.
- Ability to conduct, design and analyze user experience and usability testing, incorporating testing best practices
- Expert level experience preparing presentations and presenting to key stakeholders and the fortitude to stay calm under pressure.
- Experience with analytics tools and applying the data to
- Background in all types of digital experiences, including mobile, tablet and responsive web design
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work autonomously, while being organized
- 5+ years of relevant work experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
- Experience in highly regulated industry (e.g., aerospace, automotive, healthcare, finance)
- Experience with air vehicles, aviation, or other mobility products
- Experience with physical and digital products
- Experience with generating artifacts and UX tools (e.g., Sketch, Microsoft Office, InDesign)
- User research and testing experience for complex products
- Demonstrated experience performing all research and testing related tasks including study design, planning, implementation, analysis, and iteration
- Familiarity with a broad suite of research and testing methods and tools (including remote tools)
- Dedication to developing solutions to real world user needs with obsession for the users
- Successful ability to develop innovative solutions to problems and groundbreaking design
- Outstanding ability to communicate results effective and efficiently
- Knowledge of Lean UX principles and ability to thrive in a constantly evolving environment
- Comfortable working face to face or in virtual settings across multiple time zones
- Self-organizing and self-starting

- Experience with Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA)
- BS/BA in human behavior or psychology field preferred (e.g., Human Computer Interaction, Ethnography, anthropology, or a related field).
