Description:THIS POSITION WILL BE WORKING STRICTLY IN THE FIELD - NOT IN THE SHOP.This role is a cross between a fabricator and a millwright.
They will be helping assemble and build catwalks, mezzanines, stairs, handrails - all steel structures
Building these includes performing the following tasks:
Drill in bolts
Stick and Arc welding
Apoxy anchoring
Wire watch duties
Bolting
Rebar work
Anchor bolts into concrete
Bolt together steel
Structural steel installation
Put up pipe supports
Install brackets
Help assemble handrails and catwalks
Help with small concrete steel scopes
Could help weld on site if needed (stick)
Set Conveyors
Help build catwalks, column repair, handrails, stairs, mezzanines, bridges.
