Stone Care Technician – $20/hr + Tips – Training Provided

Description:

We are hiring a full-time Field Technician to join our growing team. We clean, polish, and seal natural stone surfaces (floors, showers, countertops) inside high-end residential homes across the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

This is a hands-on, physical role that includes training in tools, technique, and jobsite prep. You’ll work in small teams and be expected to treat each property with extreme care and professionalism.

What You’ll Do:

Prep job sites by taping/masking floors, cabinets, and counters

Clean and polish stone using orbital tools, buffers, and hand scrubbing

Document before/after work using our mobile app

Deliver professional, respectful customer service in luxury homes

Work under and alongside experienced techs

Maintain clean, safe equipment and job sites

Requirements:

Physically capable of lifting 75 lbs and working on your hands and knees

Attention to detail and pride in doing quality work

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Respectful, clean-cut, and team-oriented

No experience in stone care required, we’ll train the right person

Compensation & Perks:

$20.00/hour starting

Pay bump after 90-day probation period (based on performance)

Tips (frequent, typically $50–$200 per job split among team)

Full-time: 5 days/week (Monday–Saturday with 1 rotating day off)
