The Store Mobility Product Specialist works to support the Store Mobility Product Owner shares ownership and responsibility for the vision, strategy, and value realization for the Omni Channel Store Mobility solution.

Responsibilities

  • The Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the delivery of capabilities and enhancements as defined by the business vision and managed through the Store Mobility product roadmap.
  • Has an in-depth understanding of the Store Mobility platform, product capabilities and end-user utilization.
  • Responsible for daily monitoring of the mobile application(s) usage and performance in areas such as, but not limited to, application crashes, application latency, device latency, device timeouts, data collection accuracy, user adoption KPIs, and user behavior
  • Clearly understands the business vision for the product(s), to ensure the right capabilities are developed and delivered.
  • Collects user / customer feedback from multiple sources, including, incidents, defects, concerns, and business needs and ensures the appropriate user stories are created
  • Works with delivery teams to prioritize work in the backlog to ensure alignment with business priorities and direction
  • Participates and/or performs product demonstrations for relative teams and key stakeholders
  • Partners with stakeholders to lead the defect triage in production and pre-production environments by analyzing and identifying patterns, trends, conflicting requirements, and root cause analysis
  • Stays current on industry technologies, trends and strategies; including but not limited to, conferences, webinars, formal and informal networking; identifies potential opportunities to create value to the business segment.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in product support or related experience, project management, and/or business analysis experience.
  • Has previous experience supporting one or more products and understands project and product management techniques
  • Demonstrated knowledge of software development life cycle methodologies
  • Experience with Agile management tools such as Confluence and Jira preferred.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of customer-facing initiatives.
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization, present complex ideas concisely and clearly articulate technical ideas to a non-technical audience both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office products; Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc
  • Able to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, maintain a professional attitude, and work well independently is essential.
  • Proven ability as a self-starter with the ability to work in a collaborative work environment is vital.
  • Has troubleshooting and organizational skills with a can-do attitude and the ability to adjust to changing requirements.
  • Strong customer service skills including the ability to manage and respond to different customer interactions while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude is necessary.
  • Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect and upholding Company values.

Educational Requirements:

This position requires Bachelor's degree in computer science, project management or a related field or equivalent work experience is required. MBA or related qualification preferred.
