Swamper

Hargus Disposal is searching for a hard-working swamper. We are a small family owned and operated business with just passing our 45th year anniversary.

Swampers are the friendly faces our customers see daily and our ideal candidate will represent the Hargus name well. Their main responsibility is to collect and dump cans into the back of a garbage truck.

Requirements for Position:

- Team player

- Positive attitude

- Ability to work in a fast-pace environment

- Good customer service

- Able to work in extreme weather conditions

- Able to lift 50+ pounds

- Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation

- No experience needed!
