- This position will also troubleshoot existingsoftware, configurations, and associated interfaces; interact with customers, internal and external department/law enforcement agencies and third-party vendors, and provide support for data exchanges, including OpenData.
- Provide technical support of any critical system change, upgrade or migration and implementation.
- Applicants must have experience in Linux, TSQL/SQL, Message Queue (IBM MQ) and Shell scripting.
- Advance Knowledge of troubleshooting critical systems and interfaces.
