You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in system modeling and analysis and trade studies of turbomachine engines, engage in conceptual design and developing tools and processes.RESPONSIBILITIES

Gas turbine engine modeling, cycle definition and analysis

Systems integration, validation & verification

Developing automated tools and processes for design, analysis and data reduction

Participating in tool maintenance and enhancement initiatives, with a focus on system analysis tool

Travel: up to 10%

Hybrid work schedule

Reports to: Sr Engineering Manager

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as the sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics

Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Data Analytics or similar engineering discipline

Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good understanding of Thermodynamics

Knowledge of and experience with turbomachines desirable

Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts

Good communication skills

Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done
